Great restaurants create more great restaurants when their sous chefs venture on their own.  In 2019 Chef Andrew Fuller took all his great experience and found talents to create a delectable dinning experience in Salt Lake City.  The tastes from the kitchen are most certainly formed from a variety of other cuisines be it French or Italian making an exquisite New American style.  

The name Oquirrh comes from are a range of mountain peaks on the Western side of Utah Valley and it seems their formidable presence lends to the experience one will have at this fine restaurant.
