Located smack in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City, this underground Mexican with an outside patio area serves authentic Mexican and some mean premium margaritas.  Often busy for lunch, especially during Trade shows, but the waits are usually brief as the food comes out quickly from their efficient kitchen.
