The global brand of Japanese Haute Cuisine was popularised by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa when he opened in LA, New York, London and other International Jetset destinations. While there's no Nobu in Utah, Takashi would give him a good run for it's superb and exquisite high standards.  Conveniently located in the heart of SLC, Takashi offers a sleek, traditional and subdued Japanese setting where you can choose to sit at the bar with the sushi men or at one of their solid oak tables. 

The menu itself is highly creative and in flux depending on the seasonal fresh catch so if you're feeling adventurous we suggest going for an 'Omakase' and leave it up to them.
